With the Ashdown Bass Drive Plus pedal distortion can be added to your bass guitar's high frequency or low frequency tone seperately. The Ashdown Bass Drive Plus pedal not only splits a bass guitar's signal into low and high frequencies, it applies different types of distortion in different amounts to the two frequncy bands. Two seperate and different HF and LF Drive circuits add different distortions to the bass tone. A Balance control adjusts the balance between high and low frequencies . From 12 o'clock turning to the right increases high frequencies, to the left increases low frequncies.
A wide range of bass distortions are available with the Ashdown Bass Drive Plus effects pedal. Add distortion to the high frequncies only, preserving the bottom end of the bass tone. Or add only LF distortion, or a mix of high frequency and low frequency distortion. The choice is your with the Ashdown Bass Drive Plus effects pedal.
The Ashdown Bass Drive Plus pedal is housed in a durable metal case and features an input level control with a round Ashdown VU meter to allow optimum signal matching from any active or pass bass guitar. The Ashdown Bass Drive Plus pedal also features an output level control to match the effect and the true bypass mode.
